3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Low Season: All reservations are seen as CONFIRMED 30 days prior to arrival
- High Season (The months of August, September & October): All reservations are seen as CONFIRMED 60 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation should be in writing and confirmed by our Reservations office
- The following Cancellation Fees apply (after confirmation of booking has taken place):
- 60 To 31 Days Prior To Arrival: (High Season only): 25% of invoice
- 16 To 30 Days Prior To Arrival: 50% of invoice
- 11 To 15 Days Prior To Arrival: 75% of invoice
- Less Than 10 Days Prior To Arrival: 100% of invoice
- Non-Arrivals: 100% of invoice
- Cancellation DURING your stay: No refund
4. CHILD POLICY:
- We can accommodate children age 12 & older in our MANOR HOUSE & MOUNTAIN SUITES, provided that they are willing to share a 2nd Unit. Normal adult rates apply.
- Children 11 years or younger can only be accommodated in our FAMILY SELF CATERING COTTAGES.
